General Information
OOO Lensmaster recognizes that privacy is important. Here you can find information on what kind of personal information we receive and collect while you use our site; what information security measures we take and what responsibility you have to take upon youeself.
The site belongs to and is administrated by OOO Lensmaster . Any information received from the customer serves for the purpose of the Services rendering and is used for:

Information we collect and how we use it
We offer content which you can use without registration and personal information provision. For example, news, articles, catalogues. In order to give the User access to other services, e.g. placing order on-line, placing of comments or receiving bonuses, we need the following information from you:

• Information for registration. When you register on the site we ask you for personal information: your name, email address and an account password, and if you place your order on-line, we ask for your contact telephone number and delivery address. These fields are required.

You can provide us with other marketing information if you wish (sex, age, place where you passed eyesight tests, etc). For certain services, such as our advertising programs, we also request your gift certificate number, number of your discount card or any other cards giving discounts or bonus or any other information.
The Seller undertakes to secure the received information. In order to carry out our obligations before the customer, the Seller shall have a right to share the information with agents or any other third parties acting pursuant to the Agreement with the Seller or if this required by applicable law.

• File cookie Lensmaster.ru. When you visit Lensmaster.ru site one or several cookie files are sent to your computer. A "cookie" is a small file containing a string of characters allows a site to recognize your browser. We use cookie files to improve the quality of our services as cookies may store user preferences and other information. Originally most of the browsers are set in such a way that they receive cookie files on default, although you can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. • Users’ messages. When you send email or other communication to Lensmaster.ru, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services
• Affiliated sites. We offer some of our services in connection with other web sites. Personal information that you provide to those sites may be sent to Lensmaster.ru in order to deliver the service. We process such information in accordance with this Policy. The affiliated sites may have different privacy practices and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
• Payment information. If you choose to pay orders at our web shop electronically or with a bank card we provide you with a payment interface of the processing center that has a high standard of payment security. In order to protect the customer’s personal information as well as to prevent cases of fraud all payment information is coded and sent directly to the processing center. Bank cards operations are carried out by the processing center and your bank. If the bank considers an operation as a fraud it has a right to cancel it. («Terms of use» clause 5.5.2.).
• Links. OOO Lensmaster may present links in a format that enables us to keep track of whether these links have been followed.

Information security
We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. Access to personal information have only Lensmaster employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our services. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline in accordance with the Russian law if they fail to meet these obligations. Lensmaster.ru is not responsible for information given by the user in public units of the site: for example, in comments, questions to consultants, claims or any other messages on the site.

Recommendations to users and customers

• Nobody of Lensmaster employees shall request any data by e-mail or by phone regarding user’s passwords to personal accounts or e-mail, card numbers and electronic accounts, passport data and addresses. And also they don’t distribute spam or any other e-mails.
  As an exception, according to clause 5.5.3. of the «Terms of use», a web shop employee has a right to ask for a passport copy of the customer if he pays the order with a bank card.

• If you’re not the only one user of the computer you use to make your orders don’t forget to exit your personal session. The same is about sites with the payment systems and electronic cash.
• Don’t place your personal information in public units of the site — in comments, discussions, claims — personal and financial data: contact and bank details, delivery address. • Don’t keep your password in open places and don’t use simple passwords which are easy to break, for example «12345» or your name, telephone number.
• Protect your PC. Renew your PC with antivirus software regularly and scan the hard disk to find out viruses.
• Using cashless money transfers follow all recommendations of the payment systems.

Choices for personal information
When you register at the site, we ask you to provide personal information. If we use this information in a manner different than the purpose for which it was collected, then we will ask for your consent prior to such use. You can decline to submit personal information to any of our services, in which case Lensmaster.ru may not be able to provide those services to you.


Accessing and updating personal information
We make good faith efforts to provide you with access to your personal information and either to correct this data if it is inaccurate or to delete such data at your request if it is not otherwise required to be retained by law or for legitimate business purposes.
